Among thousands of entries from around the world, 1450 Organic Mountain Tea stood out for its purity, aroma, and balanced flavour, reflecting the philosophy of 1450 Hellenic Exceptional Herbs.
The judges said:
”Stunning looking flowers and leaves still with excellent structure show care in handling, with clean herbal notes. It has an enticing golden colour with excellent clarity and an aroma which is all about the blossom of the sideritis. This is a good example of this type of infusion, with the sweet herbal notes to the fore on the palate.
The dry flowers and leaves are beautiful and colourful. The flower is at optimum stage – ripe for picking. A bright and vibrant, clear and sparkling infusion. We enjoyed the honey notes and sweetness which balances well with the earthy, savoury notes that are typical of this tea. Great authenticity.”
